Saludos colegas del foro,
Les vengo a solicitar una ayuda con esta tv que inicialmente me llego sin encender tenia el tubo de imagen en corto, lo reemplaze y el tv ya enciendio con imagen pero con el volumen del audio muy bajo para lograr que se escuche hay que alsar en 100 el volumen, en la etapa de audio encontre el capacitor del +b inflado lo substitui y algunos otros pero no luegro solucionar la falla, este tv trae el chasis KLX-S10X con el LA76931 y como ci de audio el TDA2003 ya probe otro parlante en las 2 salidas del ci se escucha igual de bajo,
en los pines del ci tengo las seguintes tensiones
1 1V3
2 0.80
4 9V
5 18V

POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE ADJUSTMENT

Check AC voltage is normal or not, AC220V 50Hz.
Receive Television broadcast signal, adjust Brightness and Contrast until the standard picture is obtained.
Adjust RP950 until voltage between cathode of VD950 and GND of chassis is 110V±0.5V.

WHITE BALANCE AND SUB BRIGHTNESS ADJUSTMENT

BLUE BACK must be turned off and factory menu must be ON before placing the set with aging test.

Set Unit to AV, and set the picture to standard mode.
Enter FACTORY MENU 00, press P+ or P- button to choose V-KILL, then press V+ button to display horizontal light line on the screen, adjust SCREEN potentiometer so that the horizontal light line just displays anyone color of R,G and B, press V- button to restore the screen.
Input left black and right white signal for white balance adjustment.
Insert I2C controller plug which is used for automatic adjustment system into XS600 socket on the main board.
Turn on color analyzer CA100 to make zero correction.
Run the program [WB76810.exe t213.wbd]
Press “SPACE” key or press switch on the controller socket, white balance adjustment will be operated automatically. If OK, “ Click” will be heard.
Pull out I2C controller plug from XS600, receive black-white PAL five circles pattern signal, and set the picture to standard mode. Enter FACTORY MENU 00, adjust sub-brightness until black-white gray scale is 7~7.5.

HF AGC ADJUSTMENT

Receive signal (VHF channel)
Set input field strength to 60dBμV
Enter into FACTORY MENU 00, select RF AGC item, press V+ button to adjust RF AGC automatically, and when the adjustment is finished, the screen will display RF AGC value.

OSD POSITION ADJUSTMENT

Receive PAL five circles pattern signal.
Enter into FACTORY MENU 00 and select OSD-H-POSITION, then press V+/V- button to adjust OSD to the proper position

Hola rui gracias por la ayuda, ya consegui entrar nel modo service del factory pero no consigo entrar en el OPTION-01 este creo que es el responsable por el volume. saludos

Existem dois modos de serviço, veja se com este funciona... o ajuste de audio é diferente.

There are two ways to enter the service mode to TVs fitted with this kit.

-Press and Hold Volume Down button at the front panel of the TV, until volume level comes to zero.
-Press “Display” button on the remote control, while pressing the Volume Down button.

The other ways is to press the set key [can be located in between Sleep and Game keys], if the supplied remote control is [DGT-5AM3].

For the first press to Set key said above, will display [ --Product--], on the top of the screen.
An other press will display [C-B/W – 00].

After this, press Digit-1 on the remote control. The screen will display:
