INTERMITTENT NO FOCUS OR NO FOCUS (NO PLAY/START) The focus bias is off because clearance between the turntableand MD chassis is too low. It should be 2mm. It is around 1.5mm. Turn-table gradually lowers with use causing the focusing distance to change.
