Service Mode
1. Connect a test pattern to the antenna terminal 2. Tune to this signal 3. Turn the receiver off using the mains button 4. Press the volume down and channel up buttons on the front of the receiver at the same time 5. Keeping these buttons pressed, turn the mains on 6. When the set starts up it will be in service mode 7. Release the two buttons Use the channel up and down buttons to move between the options Use the volume control buttons to change the data Use the standby button on the remote control to store the data Turn the set off at the mains to exit the service mode.

Service-Mode Before being switched to the service mode the unit must be set to a channel with a test pattern. Note: The parameters are stored in changed. Press the red key and the blue key on the remote control simultaneously. Within 5 seconds, press the key P-and the key V+ on the local control panel simultaneously The title SERVICE Vxxx (xxx is for software version), appears in the screen. Setting should only be changed if PA balance cannot be adjusted satisfactorliy. PT Adjust values so that picture has same with at top and bottom edges or other vertical lines are parallel with each other. R Colour drive adjustment G Colour drive adjustment B Colour drive adjustment S-ADJ Connected a Test-picture with stereo signal to the tuner and adjust the TV. Connected Oscilloscope to Pin of ST601. Adjust to lowest crostalk between the channels. L-ADJ Connect Oscilloscope to Pin 1 of ST601. Connect a Test-picture (antenna level>60dBuV/75Ohm) with stereo signal (27kHz frequenceshift.54% modulation factor) to the tuner and adjust the TV. CRT Gear to vertical deflection.
